Cake Flavours

Find Your Sweet Spot

I have developed a number of tried and tested recipes with a range of different flavours of sponge and a variety of flavours of buttercream, and chocolate ganache fillings and coverings.

For your wedding cakes you can choose a different flavour for each cake tier. 


Victoria Sponge, vanilla sponge, vanilla buttercream, and strawberry or raspberry jam

​

Lemon Drizzle, lemon sponge with lemon buttercream and lemon curd or raspberry jam

​

Rich Chocolate Caramel, rich chocolate sponge filled with dark or white chocolate ganache and salted caramel

​

Rich Chocolate, rich chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream

​

Chocolate Orange, chocolate orange sponge filled with chocolate orange buttercream or dark chocolate orange ganache

​

Salted Caramel, caramel sponge, salted caramel buttercream and salted caramel

​

Sticky Toffee, sticky toffee sponge with dates filled with toffee buttercream and toffee sauce

​

Black Forest, rich chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream and cherry jam

​

Coffee with or without walnuts, coffee sponge with rich coffee buttercream

​

Raspberry and White Chocolate, vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries with white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam

​

Cherry Bakewell, almond sponge with almond buttercream and cherry jam

​

Maple and Pecan, maple syrup infused sponge with chopped pecans and maple buttercream

​

For allergy information my cakes contain gluten, eggs, milk (butter), and are made in a domestic kitchen with traces of other allergens (nuts etc.). 

​

Some of the cake flavours will be subject to an additional cost due to the luxury ingredients used.
